Industrial design Designing the Hydroponic Product “Upleaf”, gardening can be a rewarding and therapeutic activity- unfortunately, many city dwellers never get the chance to experience it! Using current hydroponic technology, the upleaf concept is designed to allow city dwellers to grow their own produce effectively and efficiently (and without the mess!) within the space constraints of urban living. Its innovative oxygenation system means no electricity is required for the product to operate. This incredible growing system by Upleaf allows you to grow fresh vegetables and herbs all year round, right from any window in the house. What makes this innovation so distinctive from ordinary clay pots is that it uses immersion techniques. Hydroponic gardening systems allow nutrient-rich water to be pumped from the base, which then bathes the plant's roots. The end result is fresher and more nutritious vegetables. Growing fresh plants at home is great and not only because of how practical it is to always have fresh ingredients for your meals but also because of how fresh and beautiful the decoration is.
