The goal of this course is to expose students to a real-world work setting. Furthermore, students can blend practical approaches of the workplace with theory during their learning at university. This course also allows students to expand on the knowledge, skills, and abilities they gained throughout their industrial training. My incredible 24-week industrial training experience at Pejabat Daerah Setiu in Terengganu is already completed. The main objectives of this internship report are to assess the organization's performance and provide some suggestions on how to improve its weaknesses. The conclusions include significant elements that have contributed to Pejabat Daerah Setiu's positive reputation, which has been established since January 1, 1985. In this report, the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors that could have an impact on the organization are outlined and analyzed. Moreover, by conducting SWOT analysis, it will be able to be a guidance for Pejabat Daerah Setiu to overcome any further challenges and obstacles. The main things that students learn during industrial training are organizational tasks, their conclusions, and recommendations on how to prepare themselves for the future. Due to this, the implementation of this report was an initiative meant to analyze the tasks that have been done by students while undergoing their industrial training. The most important is what they have learned and also the experience they gained during the 6 months period that can be applied to their future job.
