总结:This study is to compare the effect of static and dynamic stretching on agility performance. Twelve athletes performed the static and dynamic stretching protocol before assessing the agility performance. The descriptive statistic indicates the mean and standard deviation results for static stretching is 18.1 l±0.50sec (pre-test) and 17.83±0.62sec (post-test). While, the dynamic stretching is 17.93±0.44sec (pre-test) and 16.72±0.71sec (post-test). The paired samples t-test for static stretching\ (18.1 l±0.50sec pre-test) and (17.83±0.62sec post-test), mean decrease is 0.28sec. Dynamic stretching (17.93±0.44sec pre-test) and (16.72±0.70sec post-test), mean decrease is 1.21 sec. The independent-samples t-test examined the differences between pre-test and post-test for both stretching. There were significant differences for post- test time static stretching (17.83±0.61sec) and dynamic stretching (16.72±0.71sec), mean difference is 1.1 Isec.
