| Summary: | As a partial fulfilment of the requirement for the award Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance, I have gone through for almost six months in conducting industrial training at Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri, Negeri Sembilan (PPNNS). This is the report based on my internship program of subject (MGT666) with Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri, Negeri Sembilan (PPNNS). During the period of my internship program, I have prepared this report based on my research, knowledge and experience to combine all the information to produce a proper report. This report begins with a section on the company's history, including its vision and mission, goal, objectives as well as history of company establishment. In addition, illustrates the branch company's organisational structure. Other than that, the company's products and services are also stated along with further explanations. I mainly worked in account department with the guidance of a certified account manager at Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri, Negeri Sembilan (PPNNS). In my training program, I have learned a lot of new knowledge and gained experience especially to experience the real working life. Furthermore, there are a lot of skills been practiced and will be very useful for me to apply the knowledge in future. At the end of the report, I have given recommendations for the company to strengthen the strengths, overcome the weaknesses and threats, and grab any opportunities in future to be the most well-known broker as well. |
