Summary:This industrial training report which is MGT666 is compulsory for all business and management students who went through an internship for five months and a half. The report concerns the completed company information and self-reflection throughout the internship. The industrial training started at Epsom College Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 1st March 2023 until 15th August 2023. This industrial report begins with the student's profile which is an updated resume, and the company's profile, such as the company's background, history, mission, vision, and goal. This report also discussed the products and services offered by the company. Furthermore, students need to write training's-reflection where they need to state the scope of work given by the company throughout the internship period. The students must also share all the benefits and knowledge they gain during the industrial training. In addition, the main and important scope of the report is the SWOT analysis. Students need to identify the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in order to complete this breakdown. The student needs to discuss this with the supervisor and conduct the analysis for the company after being exposed to the company's work procedures, work culture, systems, software, and working environment. After identifying the SWOT analysis, the student must elaborate in detail on each component and recommend any suggestion on how to retain, take advantage, and avoid and rectify the drawbacks. They need to find ways to overcome the shortcomings of the company. By completing this industrial training report, students can obtain more knowledge about working practices and have an in-depth understanding of the company's day-to-day operations.
