Next Bike Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company of Naza Group and has been distributing Ducati bikes since 2008. This report and internship experience are the last part of my Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in International Business programme at University Teknologi Mara, Melaka City Campus. This report provides an overview of the internship experience at Ducati Malaysia, highlighting the key responsibilities, achievements, and learning outcomes during the internship period. The internship focused on gaining practical industry experience and understanding the operations of a renowned motorcycle company in Malaysia. During the internship at Ducati Malaysia, the primary responsibilities included Sales and Marketing Support. Assisted the sales team in organizing promotional events and product launches. Conducted market research to identify potential customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies. Another that, Supported the development of marketing materials, including brochures and social media content. Next, engaged with customers to understand their requirements and provide information about Ducati products and services. Assisted in resolving customer queries, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships. Throughout the internship, several notable achievements were accomplished Contributed to Successful Product Launches by assisted in organizing two product launches, resulting in increased brand visibility and customer engagement and Actively participated in event planning, coordination, and ensured smooth execution. Another that, developed effective marketing strategies by Conducted comprehensive market research, identifying target customer segments and their preferences and Contributed to the development of targeted marketing campaigns, resulting in increased brand awareness and customer acquisition. In conclusion, the internship at Ducati Malaysia offered an enriching experience, providing an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. The responsibilities undertaken, achievements accomplished, and the learning outcomes gained have contributed significantly to personal and professional growth. The experience at Ducati Malaysia has reinforced a strong passion for the automotive industry and has laid a solid foundation for future career endeavors.
