Description
Summary:One of the requirements for finishing a degree from the Universiti Teknologi MARA programme, which includes my course, the Bachelor in Office System Management, is industrial training. We have to finish a six-month industrial training programme, which consists of 22 weeks, before we can g e t our degree. It gives students the chance to learn by putting them through industrial training. The skills that students learn in the classroom can be a p plied in practical settings. Developing practical and technical skills as well as preparing for future employment through industrial training is a crucial step. This report details my experience working as an intern at Pejabat Daerah Kecil dan Tanah Gemas. I also had the chance to g e t experience working in development units, hasil dan tanah, administrative offices, and other places. Industrial Training introduces students to the work place and surroundings of their chosen profession. Additionally, it provides students with the chance to work in their field of study and get practical work experience. During a training programme, students might learn about additional talents that are unrelated to their study. Throughout the training session, students will be exposed to a real work environment, which will educate them how to interact and communicate effectively at all of the company's departments. In addition, pupils need to interact with others, such as peers and superiors. This may encourage a feeling of friendship among co-workers'. In order to prepare them to write technical reports once the training programme is through, students should treat the daily report as a stage of the experience.
