| Summary: | This research was study about Factors Associated with Occupational Stress and Their Effects on Organizational Performance in UniversitiTeknologi Mara, Jengka Pahang. The main purpose of this study was to investigate what are the factors that lead to the occupational stress and to examine the effects of the occupational stress. Therefore, the research paper is studies mainly about the reason and causes that employee may encounter when they faced occupational stress. The participant sample that involved in this study was a staff from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Jengka Pahang. Respondent who are involved in this study are 30 people. Result and findings of this research will be conducted by using Social Science Software (SPSS). |
