The programme is founded on the principle of learning through practise, which involves applying theories and academic concepts gained in real-world circumstances. The industrial training programme is intended to provide students with hands-on experience in real-world work contexts while also improving their abilities and knowledge in their professions. This Industrial Training Report summarises my experience as a trainee at the Malaysian Maritime Academy over the period of 24 weeks. This report seeks to demonstrate the process of my industrial training throughout this 24-week period, which will involve industrial experience such as engaging with many people, adapting to work in a real-world environment, and gaining knowledge and skills connected to work and personal growth. On March 13, 2023,1 began my industrial training and was assigned to Puan Norli Julia binti Mohd Rasdi, Human Resources Manager. During these 24 weeks, I worked as a human resources intern, recruitment process, monitoring filings and writing letters such as memos. This report will also include information on ALAM, such as its history and some of the activities it has undertaken in this company. This Industrial Training Report includes some important data, like my profile, company profile, training experience, SWOT analysis, discussion, recommendations, and conclusion. The company's competitive position, including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, will be assessed using a SWOT analysis. This report will evaluate my performance throughout industrial training while watching the organisation by conducting a SWOT analysis, analysing the performance, and providing concrete recommendations for future improvement.
