Therefore, this report shall explain about the tendering process to supply the material, labor and machineries for all the drainage works, sewerage works and water reticulation works as per Latest Construction Drawing and Materials Specifications. the propose Construction and Completion of Residential Towers (Block B & C), Podium Block with Level of Retail, 3 Levels of Elevated Car Parking and 1 Level of Facility Floor (Block D), Serviced Apartments with Retail Space (Block E1, E2), Facilities Block for Serviced Apartments (Block F), Serviced Apartments with Retail Space & Show Gallery (Block G), Serviced Apartment Tower (Block H), Event Hall (Block J) 3 Levels of Basement Parking, Common Facilities, High Street, Upgrading And Making Good Works for Promenade and Other Ancillary Works at Plot 8MD3, Precinct 8, Putrajaya. This tendering process is conducted in the MERCU DGSB SDN BHD. Hence, the aim for the report is to show the preparation of tendering documents, the preparation of costing and the finalization and submission of the tendering process. The report will explain the entire tendering process starting from where the tender notices are bought until the submission for the bid and the pricing method for tender submission used. Also, identify the issues and challenges in preparing the tender documents. Therefore, students can know the proper way in handling the tender without any stress and complication. In conclusion, it is clearly shown that knowing the tendering process is very important as the contract and deals are all well stated in the contract documents once the tender are bought.
