These include the information about member and also the book. Only immigration staff can use and borrow the books from Anggerik Library. Immigration staff can easily register as member, when they go to library counter just give their IC and other information and the staff will key in their information into system and they are ready to borrow books. Staff also can edit, add or update any information which is needed. As an example, the Staff can update the return status of the books that will change the status of the members ready to borrow books. The member's information will be stored in the database, including the member's profiles and additional information such as branch, department. Additional value to this system is secured database that only can be accessed by Staff, which mean the data is safe and secure. As a conclusion, this system will help managing the information about the members and controlling the library system efficiently. With the user-friendly interfaces and secured data flows, this system will be an efficient registration system and slowly you will forget the form filling traditions. |
