It has its own meaning, strength and challenges. This young artist experimented by choosing natural dyes such as tamarind, coconut fiber, mangosteen, turmeric and banana leaf with scientific research exploration to create works that were traditionally inspired from the natural colors of plants. The artworks that I produce are mostly made from silk screen printing and resist techniques as a form of artistic expression to explore colour, line, texture and movement of the subject matter. I would like to show my exploration of the five plants that have been chosen for textile design by focusing on the lines and forms from my subject matter.
