| Summary: | Quality is one of the most important factors in building construction. Nowadays, most of the contractors in Malaysia not really care about the quality aspect in building construction. There are many projects of building construction already completed and anytime can transferred to the consumers but there are a lot of complaints related to building quality were received from the purchaser. The main reason for this problem is not having of standard inspection or checking to assess the quality of building when the building is completed. An observation was conducted to determine the level of the quality construction work during the process of practical training. The main focus of this observation is to get as much as possible information about the level quality of construction. The factor that was influenced quality of the construction was determined. From the factors, the main area problem that was usually highlighted during construction work is the concrete quality. The result of the observation has shown that the quality level of the construction work in this project is moderate level. |
