This research used a quantitative method and a simple random sampling method involving 120 patients undergoing treatment in a rehabilitation center through a questionnaire. This research shows that the rehabilitation efficiency factor of patients receiving treatment is not influenced by the number of healthcare workers, disability-friendly facilities and technological advancement.
