Summary: | The purpose of doing this study is to enhance the knowledge on how effective is applying left hand technique in Bourree from the lute suite in E minor BWV 996 by Johann Sebastian Bach. The objectives of the study are to ascertain the various types of left-hand techniques in classical guitar playing and to study Per-Olov Kindgren's expert use of left-hand guitar techniques in Bourree, E minor BWV 996 by Johann Sebastian Bach. The data was collected in three ways which are through documents and articles, score analysis and video performance analysis. All of these were obtained from the internet through legitimate sources.
