Summary:The goal of this study is to identify the Relationship of Enterprise Risk Management practices and Organizational Performance among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The study will be focusing on the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) organization in Kuala Lumpur. This research design is a cross-sectional design and quantitative approach. This research used sampling method and minimum sample size calculated that involves 62 respondents from different background of SMEs. This research can help in the identification and management of various enterprise risks that are critical to a company's success especially in SMEs. It also can help in as a barometer for understanding, recognizing, measuring, and reporting risks throughout an organization so that those in charge can take appropriate action. Besides, this study can give SMEs a way to reduce, minimize, or even avoid outright financial losses and can be a competitive differentiator in the marketplace.
