Description
Summary:The Employees Provident Fund was the largest provident fund scheme available for private and government sector. This purpose of this research is to identify the benefit of Employees Provident Fund (EPF) for the convenience of the employees. The research also is to provide information for the employees pertaining their right in EPF. The independent variable might be the employee's awareness, understanding and perception toward the function and benefit of EPF. The research will be conducted by using the primary data collection through 150 questionnaires. The results from the survey will be analyzed by Eviews version 7 to check for the reliability and significant level of the research as well as hypothesis testing. The expected finding from this study is to recognize the factors that being an obstacle among the employees to cooperate with the EPF. The findings in this study are useful for the employees to know their right toward the benefit of Employees Provident Fund. The result shows all the variables are significant which the probabilities are below than 5% or ().()5.
