Summary: | The study focuses on the Relationship between Individual Locus of Control and Job Performance among the employees in Seremban Municipal Council, Seremban. The study is to identify which Locus of control affects the performance of the organization employees. This study had been conducted in Seremban Municipal Council population which is focus on the staffs who works there to get the findings. This study is one of the courses of study for the researcher to completing their study in Bachelor of Administrative and Policy Studies (HONS) at UiTM. The sampling frame is the employees of Seremban Municipal Council with population of 472 employees and by using stratified random sampling technique, 210 respondents were made as sample size. The unit of analysis is individual with the instrument of Likert scale questions and close- ended questions. Questionnaire is used to collect the data and SPSS 20.0 data software analysis is used to compute the correlation of the variables. This research should make a contribution to the understanding of the relationship between the Individual Locus of Control and Job Performance for any employees either the public or private sector. The result of the research shows that the variable of External Locus of control have an impact towards their Job Performance among the employees of Seremban Municipal Council. Thus, hypothesis two was accepted. |
