Summary:This particular research was conducted to seek information whether the Institution of Higher Learning in Malaysia aware and concerned about people with disability (PWD) or not in terms of consideration in design. Only recently, the voice of organisation which stood up for the issue of disability is heard and be taken seriously. However, the implementation is still in early progress. There is still lacking in knowledge and improper design that consider the PWD. Based on the research, in terms of accessibility and facilities, the design is not according to anthropometric and ergonomic of Person with disabilities, more specifically, for the wheelchair users. In order for this nation to strive and be an advance and developed country, issues like this had to be taken seriously by both the government and society. This research is done is UiTM Seri lskandar, Perak, to further identify whether the design of the food court is up to the standard. UiTM Perak campus can be considered new campus, being built in 1996 and started using in 1998. The construction still commencing later on before fully completion. During that time issues of disabled friendly design is not major. Thus, this research intended to find any design flaws or that design had been followed according to the standard.
