A total of fifty participants or the respondents were used for the study (25 female workers and 25 male workers from Assessing Unit of LHDN department). Results show that there are positive perceptions of the employees towards women leadership but there are significant differences among gender for the attitude and beliefs factor as long as knowledge and education factor while culture do not contributed significant differences among them. Instead of that, only the factor of knowledge and education influence the employees' perception regarding that topic that had been study. |
