The objective of this study is to measure the employees job satisfaction, evaluating how each factor have the relationship with the identified variables. From this study, I have discovered that all of the three factors of employees job satisfaction have significant with each other. There for we can see that the entire factor has important contribution for the quality of the overall company performance.
