Summary: | Tabung Haji Ipoh building costs approximately RM23 million and was constructed in the year 1998 and finished in the year 2000. It has a total of 11 floor levels and 2 levels of basement. For the maintenance organization, Tabung Haji Ipoh has a technical department which consists of 5 staffs for in-house maintenance and 11 out-source contractors. The maintenance strategy for Tabung Haji Ipoh uses both Planned and Unplanned Maintenance.
