The performance of the company is good based on KPI and follow the guidance by the government. In legal aspect, all the criteria that written in the agreement between parties must be follow precisely. Total for building maintenance is RM 1,172,700.00 for a year. For problems and recommendation, is the problem that will faced by the Perangsang Jati in the building.
