Summary: | Nowadays, the emergence of using mobile and the computer technologies already revolutionized the current technology and it involved with human interaction environment. Mobile learning has now become a new educational learning style and is beginning important and most interesting type of learning especially at the higher education. The main purpose of this project is to investigate the level of students' readiness towards the Mobile learning (M- Learning) in Innovative International College and to investigate the extent of use of mobile technologies by students. By using the mobile technologies, it offers the user to access the information and the communication services. By using the updated technology in M-Learning, the students are able to study anytime and also receive the information from the lecturer faster. Mobile Learning will alert them from not submit the assignments. With mobile devices, learning activities become beneficial for the users especially for student in the college to gain their knowledge. Despite the familiarity with M-learning as a new paradigm in modern education, there has been a shortage of research concerning how to deploy this technology in a successful way. The integration of M-learning in a college environment needs to involve some aspects in terms of the readiness of users in the college. To achieve this purpose, quantitative methodology is used. The quantitative data were collected via distribute the questionnaire towards the students. The outcome of this research will contribute to implementation on using M-learning at Innovative International College. From the study, it shows the level of readiness of the respondents in the area ready to use M-Learning. However, improvement needs to be done in some area such as infrastructure. The recommendations have been made to improve the level of student' s readiness toward M-Learning. |
