The dependent variable is job satisfaction. There were 100 respondents for this study. Correlation analysis were conducted to investigate the association between variables and to understand the relationship between work-life balance factors and job satisfaction among support staff at Pejabat Daerah, Bahagian Samarahan. Based on the study findings, it is recommended that staff has more the work-life balance among of support staff at Pejabat Daerah, Bahagian Samarahan on their organization. The staff also has their own perceptions about the work-life balance and job satisfaction.
