| Summary: | This task is about identifying problems with the product. The company I chose was Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Out of their range of products, I have chosen the Huawei MatePad T8 to do my analysis. In this case study, I have done a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Huawei MatePad T8. The main problem I identified on this MatePad T8 is that the size of the RAM installed in this product is quite small compared to other Huawei products. Out of that problem, I was able to come up with the best solution that could make this MatePad T8 comparable to other great products. |
