| Summary: | This assignment is about identifying the problem with the refrigerator from Panasonic Company. I have chosen the 2-door Bottom Freezer Refrigerator NR-BX421WGKM Glass Door Series as my reference in doing this assignment. In this case study I have learnt and used the SWOT analysis to identify the core strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the refrigerator that lead to new ideas for improvement of the company. The major issue that I discovered was no installation service provided for the customer. The solution that I have recommended was increase the number of retailers for Panasonic’s Refrigerator. This solution also indirectly helps them to grow their business in Malaysia. |
