Summary:Rice is the third most important crop in Malaysia. In this study, researcher was decided to study about farmers' acceptance and adaptability towards self-propelled seedling transplanter used in their farming practices. This study ran at PPK Kompleks Gerak Tani MADA E-IV Bukit Besar, 06800 Kota Sarang Semut, Kedah Darul Aman. The population size of this study is about 210 farmers. For this study, the researcher needs only 132 samples from 210 samples to analyse. Self-propelled seedling transplanter is ones of technology that will help the farmer to operate their field. The machine has a lot of advantages that has been proven by the previous study. The questionnaires were used to collect data and distributed to the selected farmers. Pearson correlation was used to analyse relationship between farmers' knowledge and effectiveness of the machine towards their acceptance and adaptability on the machine. This study shown there is a significant relationship between farmers' knowledge and effectiveness of machine towards acceptance and adaptability of selfpropelled seedling transplanter.
