The purpose of corporate governance is to assist effective, entrepreneurial and prudent management that can deliver the success of the company in a long time period. In governance report, it broadly refers to governance mechanisms include action that been monitor, policies, practices, and decisions of corporations, their agents and affected stakeholders.
