The business location of MCS is at No 1, Komplek Siakap, Halaman Siakap I, Seberang Jaya, 13700, Prai, Penang. The location is strategic because it is close by housing area, office, and education institutional. MCS sales forecast for the first, second and third year are RM 564 000, RM 570 000 and RM 600 000.Total expenditure for the first, second and third year are RM 536 768.22, RM 532 566 and RM 533 842. So the profit for the first, second and third year is RM 27 231.78, RM 37 434 and RM 66 158. Therefore, MCS sales would amplify and profit can be attained, therefore the constantly economical growth will also can guide MCS to maintain the business. |
