Waqf is one of the most valuable or important components in shaping or developing socio-economic Islam which is believed to help the community such as in providing jobs, seeking income and reducing the cost of living. Although the institution or agency of waqf has long been established for the sake of the survival of the Malaysian community, many still do not use this institution well and many still do not know the importance of waqf. This paper aims to identify awareness on the wakaf implementation on young muslim community at Wangsa Maju based on issue arised and produce society's profiling towards awareness of waqf.
