This paper examines the impact of macroeconomic variables of China and Japan on Malaysia economy. Basically, macroeconomic variable such as inflation rate, exchange rate and interest rate play a key role in measure the economy growth of any country are used in the study. The Malaysia economy in the research are measure using Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Malaysia and the sample period runs from year 2000 until 2012 covering one global economic crisis 2008/2009 by using time series data.
