The aim of this research is to gather information and understanding about safety system on using escalator in commercial building. in order to archive aim, the objectives are to identify safety precaution for escalator in shopping complex, to determine the awareness level of visitor toward safety system of escalator in shopping complex, to recommend the solution for overcome the problem of escalator in shopping complex. The data collection will be through observation on the selected shopping complex and questionnaire for the visitors in the selected shopping complex as the respondent in reaching the objectives.
