They were distributed among the primary schools teachers who taught phase II pupils. Data analysis was carried out in using descriptive statistics and tables. The analysis indicated that a very small number of teachers in Kemaman used the educational television in their lessons. The frequency and percentage of using decreased from year to month and finally week. Those who used mainly female teachers and taught in the rural areas. The study also revealed that most teachers used the media for teaching languages for the year four pupils. Meanwhile, The main reason pointed out by teachers for not using the educational television was that there was no continuity between their teaching schedule and the educational television schedule.
