The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting employee retention at Big Tree Outdoor Sdn Bhd, one of the out of-home advertising company in Malaysia. The data for this study was collected using a survey questionnaire. For this study, the Target population was the employees in the company itself and it involves 30 employees as the respondents. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0 was used to analyze the data collected through survey.
