We come out to do this kind of business, because of we have look that this kind of business can be success if we develop it in Sabah, as well, Sabah nowadays are currently developing. Therefore, the plaster ceiling product will be success if this business is established in Sabah. In Sabah, we have seen that, there is a lot of development that have been establish recently. So, we have been choosing Papar as the location of our business, which located at KM 13, Beringis, Papar. We have seen that this place is now starting to develop, and there is a demand for the plaster ceiling service at there. Therefore, we decided to start our business at there so that the customer (the developer) will easy to reach us and we can supply them plaster ceiling easily. Plasterwork refers to construction or ornamentation done with plaster, such as a layer of plaster on an interior wall or plaster decorative moldings on ceilings or walls. This is also sometimes called pargeting. The process of creating plasterwork, called plastering, has been used in building construction for centuries. The earliest plaster ceiling are known as lime-based, around 7500 BC, the people of 'Ain Ghazal in Jordan make their plaster ceiling used lime-mixed with unheated crushed limestone, which is use to cover wall, and the area of floors of the house (Wikipedia,2010).
To ensure the confidence of the consumers, our material are rigorously tested and approved by PSB (Singapore) for non-combustibility, fire propagation (surface spread of flame) as well as test for fire resistance complied with "0" rating. The PSB is the one of the famous university in Singapore that professional in term of engineering research. Our product have been tested and have been approved as the one of the safe plaster ceiling as well as the "0" rating that shows this product cannot be bum when there is a fire, as well our product will not be harm by the termite. Beside the above advantages, fibrous piaster ceiling products are naturally thermal, sound insulation and vermin proof. Subject to customer requirement we can also produce moisture proof gypsum plaster product by adding some water repellent
