Summary:Job satisfaction is one of the most important thing for every employee in organisation around the world. This research aims to identify the contribution, effect and level of effectiveness of Islamic work Ethics on job satisfaction in organisation. This research is based on the data that obtained from survey questionnaire that polled worker view regarding the effect of Islamic Work Ethics on Job Satisfaction in organization based on employee perception. The amount of respondent is 250. The data analysis uses to gather the result is version 22 of IBM SPSS Software. The R- squared is equivalent to 1, the Dependent variables are determined by the regression used by the independent variable. This finding show that the implementation of Islamic work ethic in organization influenced job satisfaction among employees.
