Share price indices are calculated from the prices of common shares of companies traded on national or foreign stock exchanges. Dividend policy is the set of guidelines a company uses to decide how much of its earnings it will pay out to shareholders. Dividend policy also include dividend yield and dividend payout ratio. A sample of 10 listed companies in Bursa Malaysia is examined for a period from 2011-2016. The company selected is based on their market capitalization as on 2016. The relationship is between stock price volatility and dividend yield, dividend payout ratio, growth, earning volatility and leverage. This research is use panel data. The data come from the various resources which are data stream, investing.com, Bank Negara Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia. The previous finding study is dividend yield, investment growth, earning volatility are not significant.
