The defect studies based on the finding is to recover and reduce the defect from occur again on the building that will thwart the building functionality. Building is a building built by humans for use as residence, place of work and etc. However, it is impossible that every building had no defect or damage even though only a relatively minor defects such as hairline crack, mossy and etc. All of the defect will be identified and inspector can choose the way how to do a remedial work on the defect occur.
