Section 1.1 discusses the background of the study, Section 1.2 explains the problem statement and Section 1.3 states the research questions. Section 1.4 on the other hand, states the research objectives and Section 1.5 is on the information regarding the scope of the study. In addition, Section 1.6 explains the significant of study and lastly Section 1. 7 is all about the definition of terms, terminology and concepts. In Malaysia, there are various industries that contribute to our national income. High risk industries are among the main industry that contributes to national income and economic development. In this study we are focusing on two examples of high risk industries which are Oil and Gas and Construction Industry. Oil and Gas Industry are one of a main industry as it are play important roles in fueling the nation's economic transportation program (ETP). It has been recorded that oil and gas industry makes up around 75% of the energy sources for Malaysia, thus in terms of national annual income it contributes approximately 20% of total export earnings (Siu & Adams, 2012). As in early year of its implementation, it has been set up in ETP, which Malaysia's roadmaps are towards becoming a high-income nation by the year of 2020 (Pemandu, n.d.).
