Students are required to pass the industrial training prior to the award certified in a particular organization for one semester to expose them to the working environment. The training also embed moral qualities in themselves as a student of the nature of trust and responsibility in carrying out the duties and confident in making a decision. The industrial training, the students are faced with many challenges and problems that need to be identified. Therefore, preparation, both mentally and physically to undertake and complete the task. In addition, training is also required to be carried out for all students in last semester in Diploma of Building Survey on the year 2018. This training run for 4 months from 1 Mac 2018 until 29 Jun 2018. I have applied for industrial training at TH Properties Sdn Bhd. During this training, I was given the opportunity to follow the technician and chargemen to see the environment on maintenance system and others. During industrial training, I was given for 9 hours a day, from 8:30 am right up 5:30 pm daily from Monday to Friday.
