For the time being the site of the project is not occupying with the residential area. However the surrounding area is going to be developed with residential and Taman Teknologi. NSC going to be one heavy traffic point on the time Commonwealth Games is held there. Three major road access goingto be built-to overcome the future traffic problem. The proposed of Seremban Kuala Lumpur Highway, Puchong Highway and the proposed Shah Alam Highwaywill be constructed to alleviate the heavy traffic* problem. The integration of the public transport system will facilitate the movementof people to NSC.
