The first chapter of this report can be founded the details of the company of the industrial training Clean Image Sdn Bhd. The details include all he general details such as the company background that explain the established of the Clean Image Sdn Bhd. It’s also include Location Plan, Organization Chart and etc. The second chapter will focus on the literature reviews from many legal sources about Quotation Process. This chapter will generally brief about the details of Quotation Process that imply on most of contractor’s company. The next chapter, which is chapter three will briefly focus on Quotation Process that imply at case study of industrial training at company Clean Image Sdn Bhd. The Quotation Process will be based on project Program Menaiktaraf Infrastruktur Keselamatan Jalan Raya Di Bawah Rmk Ke-11, Kementerian Kerja Raya (KKR) Di If050 Seksyen 9, Jalan Batu Pahat – Ayer Hitam, Daerah Batu Pahat, Johor Darul Takzim. Then, continues with chapter 4 that provide the problems and recommendations that occur during learn and finishing this final report. All the problems are supported by recommendations may can use for further references. All in all, the last chapter is the chapter 5 that conclude all the conclusion of the whole report. This report can be use as references for the contractors or supplier to understand the Quotation Process in more details.
