The factors studied in this research, such as college facility, family stress and peers. The data and information were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to students at Stradford International College and being analyzed using the Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings show that all factors college facilities, family stress and peer influence have a positive relationship with academic performance.
