Summary: | There are many assumptions and study that the researcher found of women participation in the labor force. Therefore this study determine the factor of women participation in labor force in Asian developing countries with socio-economic factors, using panel analysis of data covering between 1997 and 2016 whereby Software use to test the data Stata SE 12, to know the relationship effect for independent variables wage and salary female rate, GDP Gross Domestic Product per capita growth and unemployment female rate and dependent variable women labor force participation rate. The analysis on this study shows that dependent and independent explanatory variables negative significant relationship between Wage and salary rate (WSW) and women Labor Force Participation rate (FLFPR). The negative significant relationship between unemployment rate (UNEMP) and women Labor Force Participation rate (FLFPR). The positive insignificant relationship between Gross Domestic product (GDP) and women Labor Force Participation rate (FLFPR). |
