This study is aimed to find the level of awareness among secondary teachers and the factors that influence their awareness towards will writing, whether it is because of their knowledge, their attitudes or due to the promotion done by the financial institutions in Malaysia. This study also carried out to find the relationship between will writing and promotion and also between writing a will and respondents attitudes towards will writing. In order to collect the data from the respondents, the researcher had distributed 110 questionaires to the teachers at 5 schools in Sura territory and 80 questionnaires were responded and were used as a sample size. From the data gathered, the findings then be interpreted by using frequency distribution, reliability analysis scale (alpha), hypothesis testing, and cross tabulation. From the findings, the researcher found that there is a relationship between teacher’s awareness and the knowledge, attitude and promotion done by the financial institutions where the result shows significant according to the hyphotesis testing. But, among these three independent variables, the attitude of the respondents is highly significant to the awarenesss towards will writing.
