A demographic questionnaire was used to collect the data regarding the individual characteristic (age, status, race, highest education level, basic salary, working length as a teacher, and length of distance to go to work). The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) by (Maslach, Jackson, & Schwab, 1986) was employed to collect the data concerning the burnout levels of the teachers. Three factors which are work overload, work environment and student misbehaviour was found to have a significant relationship with job burnout. The recommendation for future researcher is to broaden the sample size by obtaining a larger population of the study. Future researchers can carry out this study which focus to other professions such as firefighter and airlines pilot.
