Summary:Bank financing was introduced in Malaysia in order to follow Islamic law. Bank financing in Malaysia has established for more than 30 years. As guided by Shariah principles, Malaysia's Islamic banking industry has become a successful industry. The purpose of this research is to find out the determinants of bank long term financing behaviour in Malaysia. Bank long term financing is now been accepted by every country around the world. The data was collected from Monthly Statistical Bulletin Jan 2013. 30 quarterly bulletins will be used to obtain the data. The study uses EViews (Econometric Views). Overall, this specified into Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, T-statistic, F-statistic and Durbin Watson. The study found that there was a significant relationship between financing rate, growth and non performing financing with bank long term financing. But there is no significant relationship between asset and bank long term financing.
