Summary: | Almost every producing country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has benefited from the large-scale growth of the oil palm industry in recent years. However, thereare a few risks to the palm trees that can have an impact on the GDP of our nation, one of which is the disease known as Ganoderma Basal Stem Rot (BSR). The lignin trunk of palm trees is broken down or degraded by a specific fungus called Ganoderma Boninense, Therefore, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been created for this purpose due to their potential for treating fungus. |
