| Summary: | Nowadays, technology is a part of our life as it is devices that can helps us in many ways throughout our daily life. The application that I developed is about a part of the auditing process which is the documentation process during the site visit to the applicants’ premises or companies. The auditors still using the manual documentation which is they need to manually tick the checklist before key in the data into the computer format before send it to their boss which is time consuming because they still need to do it manually after site visit. So, the solution to this problem is by using the application that I developed which the auditors only need to bring their own smartphones during site visit and complete the form checklist provided in the application. The methods used in the development process are planning, analysis, design, development and testing meanwhile the evaluation process is in term of the efficiency of the system whether it can reduce the time to complete the audit process or not. In conclusion, this application is very suitable for the auditors to save time during the site visit process. |
